*Please choose billing preference when you fill out the registration form. Monthly installments or paid in full at the beginning of each semester (August and January). 5% discount will be applied.
*Additional fees may be billed as needed, such as recitals, music books, or competitions.
Recital fees are usually between $10-$20.
*$150 travel fee per semester will be added at the beginning of August and January. Please email for the availability. In-home lessons slots are very limited each semester.
Private 30-minute or 45-minute lessons either in my studio or in your home (currently full). A minimum of 32 lessons a year (the studio is closed on holidays). Spring concert, Halloween Concert, Christmas Concert.
Tuition includes the following:
Lesson time with each student

An individualized plan for the student's course of study.

Time for preparation of the lesson and lesson note.
Studio expenses

Maintenance of musical instruments, including tunings and repairs.

Maintenance of the website and fees.

Bookkeeping and copying.

Development of teaching materials, up-to-date teaching resources.
Teacher's training and experience

Professional organization memberships to enhance teaching skills.

Conferences, workshops, certifications, and continuing education.
Payments
You will receive an invoice for the upcoming month at the end of the month via email. Payments are due by the 10th of the month. A late fee of $20 will be added after the 10th, unless there are special circumstances that we have discussed beforehand. For those with financial difficulties, payment plans are available. Let me work with you to provide the best environment for you and your child.
Cash, checks, and online credit card payments are accepted. Make checks payable to Kurara Guilbeau. You will receive invoices via QuickBooks for easy online payments.
